Thanks for the information.
It seems they have generated a number of patterns, all with images of which they don't own the copyrights. Most images were converted with one size and default color settings.

I will see what I can do,

Pic2Pat is a free service where people can make their own patterns without any costs. We do not sell patterns and do not use Etsy for our business.

It seems you have been scammed by a third party misusing our service. Would you be so kind to send the P2P number of the pattern and the name of the Etsy store?

We will take appropriate measures.

I ordered a pic on Etsy for cross stitch. Totally dissatisfied. The colors did not transfer right. Bald eagle does not look like a bald eagle. Bears and cubs are blue and unidentifiable. Wolfs are purple, pink and blue. Anything cross stitch from this site..........never again!

Due to a significant increase in the number of lost packages to certain destinations in the last months, we will stop sending threads and other materials in untracked letterbox packages to some destinations, and will stop sending packages to other countries all together.

Increase of postage costs for small tracked orders
For destinations to which we won't send letterbox packages anymore, this will cause an increase in the postage costs when ordering.

Exclusion of countries without tracking availability
Orders from countries which do not have the option to send tracked packages through the Postal Service will be cancelled after the order has been placed, and the money will be returned, after which that country will be added to our list of countries we no longer serve. Currently India is excluded for deliveries for this reason.

Responsibility of the buyer to pay all tax fees and duties during the import process
Furthermore, we do not accept orders anymore where the name or address of the sender differs from the name or address of the shipping address. This is to make sure that the receiver of the package outside the European Union knows that they are liable to pay all duties and fees to clear the package through customs control, and can't hide behind the "I didn't know, and don't want to pay" excuse.

Exclusion of regions or countries for all deliveries
Delivery success in some regions of the world are so bad, that we won't send any packages to them anymore. Countries can be added to this list due to overall bad Postal Service performance (for example Africa), disruptions due to war (for example Yemen, Russia and Ukraine) or other factors like prolonged Covid-19 related delays (for example China).

Specific exclusion of Switzerland from the list of served countries
Due to tax reasons, we won't send any packages to Switzerland anymore. Switzerland forces us by law to register as a Swiss tax-payer when our world-wide turnover reaches a threshold of CHF 100000. In principle this is no problem, because we are paying direct taxes in other non-EU countries like the United Kingdom and Norway as well, but Swiss law forces us to appoint a local tax-representative which will costs us around 1000 euro per year. This creates an unprofitable situation for us, because our direct sales to Switzerland are actually less than 1000 euro per year. We would therefore lose significant money if we would continue to deliver to Switzerland.

These changes will take effect not later than May 6th, 2022

The lists of countries with delivery exceptions may be changed at any time in the future.

Letterbox delivery will no longer be available for:
  • France
  • Spain
  • Italy
  • Greece
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • All former member republics of the Soviet Union, excluding Russia and Ukraine

We will stop delivering packages to:
  • Central and South America and the Caribbean
  • Africa
  • Middle East
  • Switzerland
  • India
  • China
  • North Korea
  • Russia
  • Ukraine

This can have several causes:
  • Your browser blocks downloads of files
  • The internet connection is slow and the download aborts before it is completed
  • The pattern is generated at maximum resolution with maximum amount of colors and needs too much time or memory to be generated

After selecting my picture, it says it is created and may take several minutes.  The “thinking” icon just keeps spinning and I never see the pictures.  I have used my PC and phone and it does the same thing.
