Title: Website problem

Is anyone else having trouble uploading a file? I hit the choose a file button and it doesn't come up at all to be able to choose one!

The file button is executed on your computer, tablet or phone and the function differs depending on the device you are on. Which type of device do you experience these problems with? Knowning the device type makes it easier to track the problem.

Happening again on my Android tablet. When I touch the choose file nothing happens so I can't even upload a picture. Do I have to be signed in? Or am I just being impatient?
