Nous avons toutes les couleurs en stock, cela ne devrait donc pas être un problème. Pouvez-vous me dire le numéro à 5 chiffres de votre commande ? Je vais vérifier ce qui a pu mal tourner.

Bonjour,
Je viens de me rendre compte qu'il manque un écheveau le 3866, peut-être qu'il n'y en avait plus lors de ma commande. En revanche il n'a pas été compté lors de d'achat. Heureusement il n'y a pas trop de point à faire avec, je vais me débrouiller , sinon très contente de ma commande.

Hi Erica,

Unfortunately European privacy laws do not allow us to store personal identifiable information for a period longer than necessary for the primary purpose they are needed for. Therefore patterns are deleted from the system 5 hours after they are generated.

Unfortunately this option is not available. Due to strict privacy regulations in the European Union where the Pic2Pat server is located, it is not allowed to store personally identifiable data for a longer period than reasonble for its use. In the case of the cross stitch patterns, this is a few hours after the pattern has been downloaded and printed or stored on a local device.

Depending on the device you used to create the pattern, there might still be a copy available in your downloads, or temporary internet files storage location.

Your eyesight is perfect!

In the process of allowing 150 colors instead of 75, the color balance algorithm in the conversion has changed somewhat to give more room for the lighter color shades. The effect is that patterns tend to be somewhat lighter than they were a few years ago.

The green shade you experience shouldn't be there though. Can you send an example by email to info@pic2pat.com for me to analyze what happens during the conversion? I suspect it is a color temperature issue,
