Size by stitches or custom size

I made a Pic2Pat a few years ago and a year before that.  It seems the app allowed me to enter the amount of stitches for the size, not just the size in inches.  The area I need to stitch an image in is 4.2"H X 3.7"V. or 60 stitches H X 53 stitches vertical.  I cannot seem to find the option to put in these custom parameters.  Does anyone know how I am missing this step?
